What makes
us so special?

My Ability Australia has been providing care for highly complex clients since we set up our SIL and IDL services. Our clients are direct referrals from OPA, Exceptional Needs units within DHS and from a select team of Specialist Support Coordinators from reputable providers.

We only support clients that have complex disabilities to lead a happier life in SA.

If you have a loved one or client that you believe requires the best possible  support, then please contact us.

We want to work WITH you to make a happier life for the people you care about.

The concept of MyAbility Australia was born from the need to help everyday people who require financial and practical support, guidance and care from the disability sector thus ensuring a better quality and a more fulfilling life than their current level of support.

We found that our formative years of dealing, on a regular or daily level with support services, meant that over time we got to know the jargon. We knew which agencies to contact, who provided what service, and more importantly, how to get things done.

You can count on our lived experience to help process forms, apply for funding and get you the support you need.

We take pride in the unique focus we have on our Lived Experience within the NDIS.

We are a husband, wife, partner, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, friend, or person who either has a disability or lives with someone with a disability in some form or another.

Most importantly, we understand the frustration of not getting the required supports. We know what you are going through… because we’ve been there ourselves.

You can count on our lived experience to help process forms, apply for funding and get you the support you need.

As people with a lived experience in the disability sector, we know only too well why it is so important for an organisation to provide excellent service and above all advocacy in the disability sector. We believe everyone should have the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions, have greater control and better choices.

My Ability Australia has a wealth of personal experience dealing with support groups on a daily basis. We know how to help you get the support and funding you need from the new NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme).
